Pickup at Blijdorp Metro Station, Rotterdam can also be arranged.

How much is shipping?
Our shipping rates are as follows:
🇳🇱 The Netherlands: €6.95 (Orders above €50 ship for free)
🇩🇪 Germany: €12.00 (Orders above €100 ship for Free)
Local pickup (Rotterdam, Netherlands) is free of charge.
How long is the shipping time?
Our shipping rates are as follows:
🇳🇱 The Netherlands: 1-2 business days
🇩🇪 Germany & 🇧🇪 Belgium : 2-5 business days
Orders placed before 12 pm (Mon-Fri) are shipped on the same day.
Return ⚙️
What is your return condition?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, food items and items that have come in contact with your pets are not refundable.
In the event that the returned item is not in a re-saleable condition, you may be charged for the depreciation of value.
You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How do I arrange for a return?
If you wish to proceed with a return, contact us at contactfurkids@gmail.com to confirm the return. After the confirmation, you can send us the item(s) using a carrier of your choice. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Normally, to receive your refund, it can take up to 14 business days from the day we received your return package.
